PAYMENT PROBLEM

Dear booking.com

We are unable to pay the debt for amount of 2.50USD via visa card on finance sheet.

Please kindly help over this issue?

Hi

 unless otherwise stated you can only use the options that are on the finance overview page in order to make payment.

 

these options typically are,

 

1. BY  direct debit

2. BY using the bank information to add them as a PAYEE.

 

These are typically the only options you have unless you message or phone partner  support to find out if they will allow payment by card over the phone.

 

 

Reminder Partner Support will never see this. Posting account or action requests here will result in nothing.

 

 Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
