payment for reservation


Please could you advise about my reservation. It's first reservation, and we still waiting for bank account number confirmation from booking.com site

In application Pilse I can see that is still waiting from guest for payment. Please tell me how can I check if the payment was done? Or money withdrw automatically while guest made rservation?

It isn't just about bank accounts but what type of payment processing are you doing?  Unless you have arranged with booking.com that they collect your payments then you need to collect payment yourselves.

You have posted this on the partner forum so we cannot see your setup.  You should contact booking.com help team using Inbox icon on Extranet or give them a call see link for local phone numbers.

Your partner profile is incomplete,. it is missing the property listing link, please provide it asap.



How & Why Add your Listing to your Partner Community Profile


  1. Confirm did you enable Payments By Booking?
  2. Did you enable prepayments in policy page?
  3. Do you own a PoS or ePOS service such as sumup.com , payrexx.com, stripe.com along with a Virtual terminal service.?
  4. Can you accept payment on check-in, in cash and or cards?
  5. Did you add your IBAN bank details to the finance menu section - Getting Paid?
  6. What payout frequency did you choose? 4 times a month or monthly?
