Payment on site inspite of online payment upfront

Dear community,

My guests paid by error again whiole check-out although they paid by paypal already.

Till now I did not charge them the credit card payment via paypal as otherwise I would have received the payment twice.

What can be done? Can booking pay them back their money paid via paypal?
