payment transaction failed

According to mail, I had got from noreply@booking.com I have Rs.877 outstanding amount and I had tried to pay the amount ( a/c number: ***) from my 3 banks A/C's and it's getting transaction error, What can I do for that, Is there any other Payment Option Available. ?
