Payments

Hi everyone,

Hope you are all doing great. I'm managing this property on booking.com and honestly is a hell to work with booking, no one to answer properly to your request, impossible to have a clear and efficient information about any topic.

Well my problem is that i just want booking to maange the payments for me and i just learned that they don't do that actually and you need time to get elligible to payments by booking.com. I absolutely don't understand why it's not automatic like airbnb.

Anyway, here were the things got complicated. I hosted someone two days ago and he paid thanks to a virtual card. I don't have a payment terminal so impossible for me to debit his card. I tried to use stripe but booking refused to get the payment. If anyone is an expert on how this company works concerning payments. I'll be more than happy to talk about it and sharing some insightful tips on my subject.
