Payments

Hello, just recently joined booking as a partner and I can not find a clear answer for several things. 

1) I would like booking to charge the guest and then transfer the money to my bank account. Is it even possible to set it up like that? If yes, then how? I though I had set everything up for that, but clients were not charged and I had to charge them after check-out.

2)I read that it is possible to receive payments form booking 4 times a month, how do I set that up? I read all the articles, but I just can't find such option.
