Hi my guests normally pay on arrival but this time they paid Booking.com how long should I wait to get my money

  1. thats not a thing,they lied.
  2. you literally said they pay on arrival, how was that not a red flag?
  3. unless you or BdC have moved you to Online payments or Payments by Booking (which you have to request), then it never happened.
