What an absolute bunch of monkeys on the phone, whenever I call booking.com partner help? What an un-organised company to deal with!

Maybe I can get some joy on here.......

Can someone please just advise me a number of a manager who can deal with payments and general complaints?

Hi Lewis,

What I usually advise is first use the message system to Partner Support to log it as a case; then follow up with a Phone Call after 5 days if no reply yet. See my own guide in bottom of my post.

We cannot share the extranet numbers publically but you can use the public*** list link below to choose another number or office / another country office nearby geographically.

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.


Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Firstly, Thankyou for your help, BUT, wow!!! What a crazy system, so there is help out there but you need to jump through so many hoops to get there.

they really don’t make it easy to find that number. 
Crazy!!! We pay enough commission, you would think they would make it easier for hosts to ask a question when we need to. We are trying to run a business here. I’m lost for words.
