Payments and banking details mess
Its reaļly frustrating... i feel angry already. I haven't got any payments from January and February, even I had reservations and guests. I got message from booking to check banking details month ago and there has not been any changes in my bank. I have tried to message all info for financial department for 5 times, but I get no answer.
I have send also 7 messages to booking for 3 weeks and I got zero answers and I dont receive any payments. No one seems to take care of matter or bother to answer my messages. I have called 2 times and got answered that they can see that my messages has been read. BUT no one answered for more than 3 weeks and they just hold my payments. Last payment from February is now also 3 weeks late.
I need help with that and system doesn't accept any changes to bank details and they are same like before. I have received payment since 2016 to same account.
And they want me to pay commision.... for what I wonder if important details aren't taken care of.

I completely understand the frustration and the delayed response to messages.
Normally we can just only advise to verify the bank details you saved in extranet, but it seems you already have.
At this point I cant think of anything other than leaving BdC and use the procedure for :
"End My PartnerShip"

What would this do ,it should trigger the system to reconcile your account and any money due should the n14 days later be paid out and the transfer take up to 10 days.
You could always relist later or afterwards at any time.
Reminder Partner Support will never see this.
