Payments by booking

Hello,

I am new in booking and trying to set up my account. I have just updated my IBAN for the payments, but I can't see the option to let booking take care of all the payments. I am an individual an cannot charge cards and don't like getting paid in cash.

From the support they told me that the algorithm will decide when and if I will be eligible for this option. Is there anything that I can do to help it? It used to be available before, but now it's gone!

hi welcome 

 

so to cut to the chase ,and eliminate all these assumptions you are making :

  • Adding your IBAN does not mean you have access to prepayments for your guests.
  • in fact that by default does zero.
  • by default your account is  guest pays you after that it is up to you to define the process after you decide which methods
  • you should sign up with a service provider  e.g. paypal.me / BACS/SEPA, Square/ SumUp etc
  • add the process into the NEW Reservation template and a time limit before you click request cancel and then click option1.
  • this will save alot of tears later on.
