Payments by booking.com is cheating to Partners beware

Payments by Booking.com is initiated to cheat the Partners, I'm one of the victims of the same, First they paid me short amount, after notifying their mistakes now they are not ready to settle my amount instead writing me by saying as if they are making favor & issue a credit note which is not useful for me. I want my Amount to be paid into my Bank A/c but team is harassing me by saying its not possible as per their rules. Un-professionalism clearly seen from their communication with calculating GST, making payments etc. One team can decide on the matter they claim & she is on Leave since past 10-15 days & surprisingly nobody we'll look after her duties they saying, even lies whenever ask them when she resume the duties.
Even for Booking.com mistake they'll make their partners suffer & harass, didn't expect these things from Booking.com at-least.
Beware if they started introduce payments by booking.com feature for your property.
That doesn't sound like a good story.
If you collect all your information and copy that to them as an attachment, then they have proof
of what went wrong.
Then you can double check with someone else and attach these answers to your letters, so you know who has said what.
Then go to the chief head office director if still not happy.
Things can go wrong because of wrong settings, or misunderstandings, being informed incorrectly and so on. So it would work best if you carefully and consistently request an honest outcome.
I can see you are polite. That is great. Keep being polite. You will win. But sometimes a matter of time and patience.

They are replying as if they are making favor to me while communicating to me (written "as a Goodwill gesture we have issue credit Note" which is not my requirement nor I asked for), first they mis-calculate the Tax which I notified them initially later on they deducted my payments, upon asking saying its a system error and upon asking for solutions saying "we are helpless we can only provide you credit note" So I charge them with cheating & did it deliberately to harass partners as they dont want to rectify their mistakes even after I have notified & complained about the same.
I called them more than 4-5 times saying their Team Leader on leave will back on last Monday so that they can revert back after checking with her, when I called them today still same answer she'll be back next monday now & while transferring the call from one colleague to other I listen to their voice they were whispering "Oh its a call from Nhanji House again"
I have ask them to provide me the contact details of the person who can resolve my problem but they dont want to share any details, If you got any contact details of Chief head office director contact details please share so that I can write to him & let him know atleast, how un-professional they have hired in their team & try to resolve my issues.
Try Monday again and try to stay calm. I know, things can be complex sometimes.
I don't have details of contact persons in your country.
If you google it, can you find it? Otherwise in your extranet, there must be someone in the finance team who can help you.
Things take time to be solved, especially when it is complex. Keep the examples and do write down with whom you have spoken to and what they have said.

I had already wrote & spoke to the credit controllers of our country (Mitali, Credit Controller /Omkar, Finance/Tax guy) & they are really helpless, seems they are doing nothing but showcasing they'll be awaiting discussion with their team leader Ms Pamela.

I having problems with booking payment also .
They dont provide hotel CVV number to collect money from guest who cancel or no show .Policy with Booking.com is a joke .
I loosing alot of money last year . When i call for help always sorry and push problem to my chanel manager .
Guest from Booking is always cancel . Cant trust thier guest as booking.com not protect hotel . Airbnb much better
Hello Trương Thu Hường! Thank you for your post! Indeed, in case that you have a channel manager, it might be possible that you need to retrieve the CVC code from their platform. That depends on the channel manager settings. In case, you do not have a channel manager, or the channel manager does not support this function then the setting is activated by Booking.com and you can see the CVC in the Extranet along with the other credit card details.
