Payout is being processed

Hi pioneers,

My May 2021 payout is still pending for no apparent reason. (A listing with 2 bookings on April 2021) Have been chasing after booking.com for countless times but they were not helpful.

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

 

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Thanks BrookAve. I don't use PC to log in. I use both Android or iOS.

Hi 

you need to start using a PC/MAC also for full fat edition of the Extranet,

pulse should only be for on the go but not as a replacement.

 

You can still see the Inbox on pulse too.

 

Dont forget to enable 2 FA secuirty and you can use the 2FA number generator on pulse to secure your logon.
