Payout invoice

Contact booking.com help team using Inbox icon on Extranet (Option booking.com messages) or give help team a call see link for local phone numbers.

There seemed to be some fraudulent emails going around recently that looked like they are from booking.com but weren't.  So do not pay until you have spoken to booking.com directly using details above.

Are you looking at it in the Extranet Invoice Docs section ?

Only view that one and read the bottom section which states:

• You dont need to pay the invoice unless the next payout  due amount cannot cover the invoice amount.
• So there is no action at all unless that condition is not met.
