payout issues

Hello, My guest checked in on Wed, March 9, 2022, and I have not received the payout from booking.com. I checked my account and this is what I see under "transaction" - 

Payment from Guest: March 10, 2022

Payout: March 13, 2022

Refund to Guest: March 13, 2022 (for the whole amount)

Why was there a refund to the guest? The guest is staying at my house and is checking out on Wed, Mar 15th. I need to talk to someone at booking.com to see what's happening. I didn't get paid a dime. Who can I raise this issue?
