Payout not received since 1 year


Iam being messaging and calling booking.com customer service with regards to our prepaid reservation received by booking.com since Nov 2020.

Till date we have not received our payout neither a proper response from the finance team. We clearly instructed in writing to booking.com kindly deduct the outstanding invoice and release our payouts, but nothing till date.

We were forced to stop the payments for invoices as it is for the reservations whose payments are already received by booking.com but not transferred to our account. Looking at the response received from your finance team we instructed booking.com to deduct the outstanding invoice and clear our payout but as usual no reply till date.

Requesting you to kindly intervene and release our payments.
