payout problem / technical problem with payouts?

Hello everyone,

Once again there seems to be no payout from booking. There are technical problems again and unfortunately I can't find an option on the extranet to change the guest's payment method from "Payment to booking" to "Payment to me". By "payment to me" I mean that the guest receives an email with my own bank details after booking my accommodation, to which the payment must be made within 7 days. Is that even possible?

Hello Sara, 

have you been waiting two months for the payout? 

Have you taken any action like canceling bookings when they come in? I for one am definitely not willing to continue taking guests via Booking.com if there is no payout.  

Or can you change the payment settings at booking so that booking no longer collects the money, but the guests have to pay me directly?

How do you do that if you've been waiting two months for the money?

Hello Alex, this payout is for old reservation completed in October than after that i stopped the feature of collecting payout through booking and im handling this my self through bank transfer which is hectic to be honest but in my zone, the only option for collection with booking is through virtual credit card and this one is not allowed in my country due to regulation and security. This payout was after facing issue to use the virtual credit card after founding out about the regulation so booking promise to send me that money direct  to my bank account which is until today nothing received

Thank you for the information. I'm not talking about the virtual credit card, but a normal bank transfer. But it's good to know that you should stay away from this credit card.

Incidentally, the payout finally arrived in our account today, but without the support team having commented on it again.

 

I think I will also refrain from "processing payments via booking" in future.

 

I wish you all the best and hope that your money is transferred as quickly as possible.
