payout problem / technical problem with payouts?
Once again there seems to be no payout from booking. There are technical problems again and unfortunately I can't find an option on the extranet to change the guest's payment method from "Payment to booking" to "Payment to me". By "payment to me" I mean that the guest receives an email with my own bank details after booking my accommodation, to which the payment must be made within 7 days. Is that even possible?
