Payout problems - they accept a fault with their system but are not fixing it so they charge us but wont pay us

Since May Booking.com are not paying money they are taking for our bookings because of a technical fault with their banking system but we can't get anyone to even answer the mail to the internal mail system.  It is now over £2000.

Does anyone know how to get their attention to fix the problem? I am so fed up with phoning the maze that is their phone system or talking to our account manager who says he can't do anything.

Is it possible to disable them from taking payments from our guests?

They continue to take commissions by direct debit but say the same account number is invalid when paying out.  At the point of cancelling with booking.com - what is the point if they don't pay you when they take the money from the customer.

I have also not been paid $3300 for guests who stayed throughout May and June.

It's not possible to stop booking.com from taking payments from future guests. I have made contact with guests who have future bookings and explained that booking.com is keeping all funds from stays, rather than forwarding them to me. All guests have agreed to cancel their bookings on booking.com and have now rebooked on Airbnb for the same dates.

I have been continuously calling and emailing booking.com chasing the money owed with no result. I just receive the same generic responses saying that they are sorry, my query has been forwarded to the relevant department.

Has anyone been paid for Bookings' error.  I am still going around in circles.  If you have, please let me know as I am getting in dire straits because of non payment for guests due to the same error. Grrrr

Hi Loretta, we have the same problem here, it is written that there is an outstanding balance of 0 and payout is on hold! I become crazy! Is it the same problem for all the partners? Did you receive any more replies? I wish they will fix it asap

No respons from booking so will try to see if I can get future guests to book via air bnb instead. What a hazzle!!

I am afraid I gave up with Booking.com a year ago.  They did eventually contra off what they owed me to what I owed them so that we are at nil but how can you work with an organisation that will not communicate with you.  Their AI driven automated responses to anything you write in the communication system is soul destroying.  Unfortunately if you never get an answer to the question you are raising and your account manager says "it is a billing issue, sorry can't help you" and "no you cannot contact them".  No option but to focus efforts on Expedia where they do have a telephone support team.
