
Payouts
Our very big problem is that the payments(payouts) from Booking.com, which has to be every Thursday of every week(as per our contract) are made with big delays in another days, which creates major problems for us in administration of the cash-flow, which can generate big problems to our clients.
We don't want to tell them that Booking.com don't send our money ! There are internal problems which can be resolved, if someone from the Financial Department want to help us.
We suppose that is a person which is trying to make us problems and we don't know why !
The problems begins in March and is still affecting us !
Maybe you can help us ! It's enough an email address of an office in Amsterdam, because with the Romanian branch we can't discuss. They hide and generates automatic replays to all our requests !
Is not normal, correct and fair to be treated like this !

a total of around 2000usd needs to be sent to us from booking!
The problem is that we can't have any control of the cash-flow ! We don't want to close the door and to say to the clients that we can't accommodate them because Booking didn't sent our money and we can't paid the bills of utilities ! Anyway, they don't care about us !
The clients has no fault that Booking don't respect it's own contract ! It writes something and someone makes changes as he want, in order to destroy ! Is this correct ?
