phone number for hosts UK
Booking.com has booked a guest in with me despite my property being already booked and calendars being synchronised. I have asked the customer to cancel which she has and I want to make sure she is refunded. I have no phone number for booking,com to discuss this with them directly

This link is no longer working - how can I contact a booking.com help line via phone?
We have had several customers enquire as to availability when we are fully booked and our listing apparently shows more than one property when we have just one. I am concerned about possible double booking.

Each property has its own listing address, so that is not physically possible.
Your partner profile is incomplete and missing any listing info.
How & Why Add your Listing to your Partner Community Profile
If you really are a partner then you will have Extranet access and access to the dedicated partner contact options including phone number via the Inbox Booking Messages area.

Brook, that is not strictly true, the same happened to me, it happens because you dont complete the listing, my reason completely frustrated how difficult it is, so 4 years later I log onto booking.com and its says list your property. I logged on as someone looking to book, from there you can set up an listing but the reality is you need to log onto admin@booking.com Booking.com is not like Airbnb & VRBO where you log on and choose, host or guest. After 3 days, help from a lovely team member, I log on today and find both my listings removed (the new one which should be blocked and the old one which I should of completed). A difficult site to navigate
