Pin code & bank account problem


my name is Hakan, a new owner of a flat on Booking.com. I already had many reservations but I could not write my bank account into the system. I do not know how I will receive the payments. 

The reason I can not write the bank details, I can not receive the code to my mobile. I tried to change number but it did not work. I can not receive the phone call either, it says the page does not work.

Please help on urgent solution,

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
