  • account issues

Reminder Partner Support will never see this. Posting account or action requests here will result in nothing.


You can do it yourself via the reservation details page

  • Message Guest of intent , keep it sort to the point, if needed say COVID restrictions in effect prevent it. Explain a system message will arrive shortly for them to action. If they prepaid BdC by them clicking accept they get full refund.
  • Now click Request Cancelation, choose option 2, this part is important, as you want the guest to receive a system notification and a link for them to click.
  • Wait for them to action the notification


Now go to the rates & avail menu and close rooms until a date you are ready.


 Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
