Prepayment concern
Hi All,
Pretty new to this platform and I have some doubts and concerns regarding guest prepayments.
We are not eligible to receive payments with credit cards yet (regional restriction I guess).
I have a guest that made reservation in May for August 2021. However, this guest did not reply to my welcome message nor replied to my questions.
After checking the guest's profile, I found that Guest has canceled 71–100% of their reservations!
I would like to request a pre-payment (50% percent) from this guest now.
Am I allowed to this and would I violate any B.com rules if I ask for pre-payment to be wired to my bank account?

you can still do it outside of BdC as your own policiy and define those prepay methods and process and time limit with in template for New Reservations.

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

Well, it worked :)
I messaged the guest and requested a deposit before their arrival. They cancelled reservation immediately with no explanation lol
I guess I don't need guests like this, so I'm happy about their cancellation.
