Previous Years Rates

Hi, anyone know how i can see previous years rates ? I've found some sort of summary analysis but thats not good enough...

There are two places :

  • Reservation Statements
    • options for XLS and CSV after you select each Period  
  • Docs & Invoices
    • similar for this area too.  

So you then need to import each and merge manually in a spreadsheet

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

I have the same question, but this answer doesn't really address it. What I want is to see what rates were listed for all properties and any specified period, not just the rates for reservations that were actually made.

Due to using a channel manager which I started using towards the end of last year I can't simply copy the previous year's rates either in booking.com (not possible due to CMS) or in the CMS itself (no rates were listed).

It is very odd that there is no simply, common sense, method of seeing (and maybe copying) previous years prices/rates into this year or next... i certainly dont have the time or will to download numerous files, merge and manipulate them in Microsoft Excel, then edit condense and interpret the info, and then somehow re-upload... seriously ?!?!?!?!

I can confirm that there is no easy way to do this, according to a reply I received from booking.com, which I quote here:

Unfortunately there is no simple solution to your question. The only way you could recover your rates for last year - we only store the previous year, would be by closing your availability, disconnecting your XML provider, using our copy yearly rates tool, make a record of your rates, then reconnect your XML provider and then re-open your availability. You can use our tool here to open and close your availability whilst you complete the steps to prevent any incorrect reservations.
