Pricing Typo and Guest has booked at wrong rate
There was a typo for the pricing entered and a guest has booked at a SUPER low rate. The rate should be $77.00 USD per night but due to a missing 0, the rate come up as $7.70 per night. They booked for 7 nights! What can I do?? The reservation is 1 year away. Can I cancel the reservation without penalty?
