Problem with reservation and commisions
Hello,
I have problems with my property, i don't know why it is unavailable, they didn't send me any letter to confirm my address.
Plus I haven't have any guessed so i dont know were is the commision payment come from.
If you go into Rates, Calendar - use List view. Are dates shown in Green, which shows as available. If not look at if Open/Closed, rooms available, Rates set. Also can take some time between setup and showing on Live.

Check reports under Finance in Extranet for reason for Commission.
