Hi partners, I want to share my bad experience with the credit control team. They suspended my account for an "unpaid" invoice that was actually paid 8 months ago. We sent the receipts more than 20 times and called more than 30 times and they never gave us a solution. We have had our account suspended for 4 weeks for no reason, the only reason is the poor quality of service they have. .
