PROBLEM SOLVED

Hi partners, I want to share my bad experience with the credit control team. They suspended my account for an "unpaid" invoice that was actually paid 8 months ago. We sent the receipts more than 20 times and called more than 30 times and they never gave us a solution. We have had our account suspended for 4 weeks for no reason, the only reason is the poor quality of service they have. . I am very angry and I don't have much choice but to share my bad experience that is happening right now. Thank you.

Hi,  I am in the same situation!!! I month calling every day , we paid our invoices and the close my property and the invoinces appears as BEING PROCESSED. Did they finally open your property???

Hi! Not yet. They say it´s a worldwide problem. I think they don't have the capacity to solve it.

This is terrible!! I do not know what else to do, I work with them since 2015, 8 years paying monthly my commissions, I build a reputation , have many comments , 9,2 is my puntuaction. It is really unfair.
