Welcome to the Partner Only Forum, addressing only us not BdC support team.
Posting something like this will not result in any action at all.
This part is confusing :
" a payment I took out"
It sounds like you have Guest prepay BdC and then you get BdC issued VCC to charge against (PrePay with Online Payments)
And then you have since charged the VCC taking the money out.
You should either message or phone BdC support to explain more as to what the enquiry is.
