property blocked for verification even after property has been verified
I have had enough of booking.com's nonsense. I went through a rather lengthy verification process and was approved then was blocked again stating that the property wasn't verified. when i called they said months ago that it was an error on their part and that they forwarded my case and someone will get back to me. up until now SILENCE. everytime I call they say the same thing and tell me there are no managers to speak to and that I need to wait for someone to contact me??? why is this platform such a headache. does anyone know the policies around this and if there is anyway I can be compensated considering me missing out on months of revenue due to an error on their part?
