Property still closed after the payments done and we want it to open ASAP
We pay your invoices from our credit card, but we have seen the status "Being processed" more than 3 weeks. After we transfer the amount to your Sri Lankan bank account, (Attached is the receipt), the invoice status is still the same as we saw. (1 week left) And our property is still in "Closed / Not Bookable" status. Please look into this and sort it out ASAP.
