Query regarding comission amount

Hi,

We have only checked-in 1 booking as of now before that guest have made the booking after they got cancelled for that we have received comission amount, if we have not checked-in bookings than why we are receiving comission amount. 

Kindly let us know why we have received this commission amount if we have not checked-in bookings.
