receving clients cvc code

Hi,

I don't receive clients cvc codes. This is a problem because clients want me to charge their cards.

Probably because I had to confirm my property location. I received the code , but I don't see where to enter the code.

Please, help me urgently , because i can't charge the clients for their stay!

  1. cvc are not revealed until day 2 of stay 
  2. ask partnersupport for alternative video method

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
