We have an issue with a cancelled reservation. Booking.com did not informed us of the cancelation, and guest has been charged for the room. As you offered a virtual card we can not refund on it. Any chance we can get a call on 01743 770 345 to try and find a solution?

This isn't Booking.com support - this is other owners, like you, discussing things among ourselves. If you want to give money back to a customer, you will need to contact Booking.com support via your extranet.
