Refund To booking.com procedure due to double charge upon check in(VCC)
The guest has paid via VCC online, during check in we mistakenly charger the guest credit card and also we already charge boongking.com. So how do we refund back to booking.com through extranet. thanks
Since this is only a Partner Community, I think it’s better if you contact BDC directly through your Extranet inbox....
