Refund to guest

Hi, my customer request for refund. I already refund to them

Hi Cy, you have not actually asked for something, so why post?


If a guest requests a cancellation and refund, and you receive an email or inbox message for it, then once you action the request by approving, that should be all.


If you took direct prepayment then you issue refund

If you use Payments by booking, then once you click action to approved cancellation and waive fee full refund is then issued in a few days time.
