Refund a Guest - Extended his stay - NO need to pay cleaning fee again

Please help us refund our guest.
He extended his stay and does not need to pay cleaning fee again.
So please refund 1 cleaning fee ($125) to this guest:

This is monitored primarily by volunteer partners not direct support team.
Normally extensions should be handled on site and not via BdC, or at least that is what I would recommend, assuming you can take payment for the extra day directly or direct them to a online portal.
Otherwise see info below on how to contact support team.
Is the cleaning fee on top of the daily rate really $125 by itself? Or is that per stay? why is it so high?
