refund for non refundable booking due to covid
A client booked on a non-refundable booking to stay this weekend. Sadly our municipality of Moclin in Spain has been restricted by a lockdown from midnight tonight due to a rise in covid cases therefore we have had to cancel our clients booking. How do we ensure that they are refunded asap?
As long as you have contacted Partner Support and instructed them to do so, it will get done.
