Refund Processed for VCC during COVID-19
I have sent a message to Booking.com regarding outstanding refund pending from Hotel side on 2 Oct 2020 and have yet to received any acknowledgement from Booking.com. The message sent on 2 Oct 20 has disappeared when I login to Booking.com today. You may refer to below screenshot for the message sent.
