Refunding a customer in full

Hi a guest has been in touch regarding a booking he made yesterday for our property ref *** Loudon Cottage, he booked yesterday and received an appointment today that he has to keep so has had to cancel, I would like *** to get a full refund please, apparently he has only been refunded £28, how do I go about making sure he gets a full refund?

The guest should have kept it simple and contacted Customer Service on the main website.


They will contact you to confirm and they handle it. 


All you should do is inform the guest to do that, nothing else.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
