How do I go about refunding a guest one night's accommodation?
Guest made a booking 27/03 and made payment. Could not get hold of lodge, had to make other arrangments
How do we refund. booking ***
what are you using :
For VCC - refund the card if you charged it, or just message Partner Support the request.
For PbB - similar or trigger the Request cancelation , with option 2 on their details page.
