One Mrs *** *** booked for 16th one day through booking.com as our first guest from Booking.com. But very sorry to notice that our guest didn't turn up as committed. They are not responding for our call also. So what about the cancellation. You will cancel yourself that booking.
You must mark it as a no show, but if you left it too late to do it, then message support to do it for you.
