Regarding Commission invoice - Wavier request

I wanted to bring to your attention that we haven't accepted any bookings through Booking.com's mail or website for the past three months. Due to our lack of familiarity with the process, no customers have stayed at our properties during this time. Despite this, we've received a commission invoice from your end.
I kindly request your assistance in waiving the commission amount. Additionally, we would appreciate your guidance on whether to proceed or terminate our contract with Booking.com.
