Regarding commission payment updation.

DEAR TEAM :- !!!"Greetings from hotel "LUSIA INN bangalore(***).

I am mahammad (manager)

         Dear team:-  in the month of APRIL-2011 invoice no. (***) i have already paid the commission amount RS 808 on 14/july/2021 but still it is not updated in externet . 

total commission 2319

tax                          154

                           =2473

no-show despute amount -1665

final amount to pay   =808

so my humble request you that please update the payment  as soon as possible.

nope no disputing invoices here 

 

use the dispute feature on the reservation statement page

 

 

 

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

 

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
