Reinstating a (accidentally) cancelled reservation (3164939909)

Hi,

After a mishap in communication in our team, we accidentally cancelled a reservation which had already been paid by the guest. We would like to reinstate the reservation as is. Can you help us with this? There is no option to do so on our end. The Booking.com reservation number is 3164939909.
