Rejection of invoice

I want to reject the invoice I got. Can somebody tell me how to do it or where to send it?

In my payments there are taxes as "ΦΠΑ 13%" and "municipal tax 0,5%" but these taxes are for hotels and I'm private host. Can be removed?
