request to waive fee sent to a wrong email address
Hello,
I would like to accept a request for waive fee (reservation number - ***) but it was sent to a wrong email address. I already changed the address, can you please resend the request.

1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’.
