Guest has come to the property to check in and says he has already paid for his room. I have checked the properties extranet which shows we are to collect payment on arrival, can you confirm if the guest has paid and you need to supply us with a virtual credit card to charge

  • nope unless you know to be a member of the BdC Online Payments aka VCC, thats not a thing.
  • Guest must pay you, unless the reservation details page says other wise.
  • note: VCC details remain hidden until day around 12 noon
