Very difficult site to navigate. I had my first booking and there is no info on when do we get paid and how do we contact customer service with issues?

Hi Bennie,

 

  • if you didnt set up payment method then it defaults to guest pays you
  • use the New Reservation template to set out prepay or payment methods and process and time limit before you cancel , void it.
  • no never use CS team on booking.com that is only for Guests. Partners se Partner Support see below options
  • No one will be contacting you
