Reservation
Hi!
I have guests from the 15th of august till 18th of august. He booked the apartment but did not pay because they have to pay in cash when they arrive. He wrote me a message on Viber and told me that they won’t come. I told him that please cancel the reservation. I have the policy that says before 5 days they have to pay if they cancel it. And the other policy that if they cancel in 24 hours they don’t have to pay. I wrote him 3 times, my friend called him because he can not speak english. Still have the reservation. What can I do? Thanks!

You can request guest to cancel from the reservation details-but still have to wait for the guest to respond (be ready to make it without fees in this case)
But, definitely contact partner support
Go to Inbox-Booking.com messages-Compose new message
Explain the situation and make them contact the guest to sort it out.

Got it :) Booking.com already called me, now I'm waiting for the email where I can agree about the free cancellation.
