Reservation 3451272404

Dear support team, 

the guest with the reservation 3451272404 showed up with an additional Person (a baby) which had to be accommodated with the 2 adult in the room. This was not mentioned in the reservation. 

We are not allowed to accommodate more then 2 persons in the standard rooms, and our family rooms for upgrade have been already fully booked. 

Please, offer the guest Cancellation Free of Charge.
