RESERVATION ***
Hello! Goodmorning from Greece..
I'm sending about this reservation ***
Customer during check out told me to charge his card.
We tried but the transaction has benn declined.
After that, we communicate with customer and he told us that he is going to pay direct to our hotel, during his come back from some island.This one never happened.
What can i do now?
